Registration & Cancellation Policies for Reservations
You'll need to pay for your event when registering in order to guarantee your spots.
If you can't make your reservation, group, class or tour and you tell us more than 48 hours beforehand, we are happy to re-book you if spots are available. If you realize less than 48 hours before the lesson, unfortunately it might be too late to re-book. There are no refunds unless we cancel due to circumstances like weather.
If weather is a factor, we will let you know about a cancellation at least 2 hours prior, in which case we will give you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
If you are taking a class we need a minimum number of students and if it looks like there won't be enough; we'll let you know at least 24 hours before the lesson. But you don't have to miss out! You can reschedule your lesson at no cost, or just get a full refund. It's up to you.
